Family with children find it suitable
We was like welcome guests. The breakfast buffet was packed with fresh options, and I even managed to grab a delicious 'flammkuchen' at the bar, a total surprise hit!
It wasn't inexpensive, but for what you get, it's acceptable.

The hotel is perfect, has exceptionally nice staff and beautiful city views. The comfort king room is new-fashioned and functional. It has reasonably priced restaurant and great and magnificent location right by metro lines. Besides, the property is located 1 km away from National Theatre Mannheim.

Just a good pick for a passing visit to Mannheim with very good value for money. The breakfast selection was great, with plenty of options to start the day right. Make sure to ask for a quiet room to avoid any road noise.

Comfort queen room with conformable beds, had basic facilities we needed.

I actually put my parents in it, but they were very happy with the room. The bathroom was particularly amazing, the shower could have fit 6. It's also very quiet.

A grand stay by the water tower
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the bustling city center, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast selection was good.
A little more attention to room maintenance would elevate the experience.

The kids loved the nearby park and garden, perfect for letting off some steam. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices, pleasing even the pickiest eaters in our family.
My kids wished for more family rooms to stay together.

Centrally located
Our room (517) had mold and water stains on the ceiling. The pillows and covers are a joke - every youth hostel offers better pillows and blankets

Friendly staff and good location. Rooms are well proportioned.
Pay Euro 15 per day for cumbersome wifi broadband service, I would expect this for free in this type of hotel. The wooden floors look nice, but cause of lot of noise.
